Email from one sender not being received

I have a subscription to a theater. They said my email is in their database. Friends receive their notices but I do not. I have no set filters. If I email them, I do get their replies. Friends can forward when they receive these emails.  Why don't I get their emails?

Check your Spam folder to make sure the messages aren't going there.  If that's not it, call Comcast security to see if there is a blocking issue with that sender's domain----------------

Re: Email from one sender not being received

Nothing going to spam. Called Comcast. They said no block. Tech removed the spam filter. I told him that was put on the last time I called!  Thanks for your suggestion but still have the problem.
