Why do you send me a friendly reminder, that I do not wish to recieve that my bil is due o the 7th. I know that and it is anoying that you have he nearve to do this everymonth. I do not need a friendly reminder that my paymet may have got lost in the shuffel .... Please stop anoying me with these reminders. I am not absent minded and I know when my bill is due!!!

There are only three email notices required by Comcast. From your Inbox page go to "My Account" at the top of the page, and it will ask you to sign in again. After you get to the landing page, click on "Users and Preferences" at the top of that page. You will see two tabs, the one for Basic Settings is shown by default. In the pane to the right there are several alerts you can select to get emails about. Do you have the one checked that says "Payment Due"? If so, uncheck it and the 5 day prior bill alerts should stop.
