Re: Email from Washington Post

I provided the information requested and no response from Comcast. Still not receiving emails from the Washington Post. Why would Comcast delete those emails before they get to my inbox?

Still crickets from Brandon and Comcast. Why is Comcast stopping informational emails from the Washington Post? Is it because of the large number of images in the emails? These are subscription emails that should be sent directly to those of us subscribed to the Washington Post. Please respond Comcast. Is anyone else having difficulty getting their Morning and Evening updates from the Washington Post?

Hi.  I'm not sure that Brandon saw a reply, but he and I looked at the issue again this morning.  No, not due to the large images at all.   There was an issue with a small amount of recipients (likely yours included) that we took care of a moment ago.  If you still don't see the email coming in, can you please try resubscribing, just in case they dropped your address for some reason?

Hope this helps,
