I keep deleting a folder called unwanted there is never anything in it and everytime I log bask in it is back how do permanently get rid of it?

I seem to recall that this is a long-standing issue for MS Outlook users.  Do you have the account enabled in Outlook?  If so, try disabling it and see if the folder still appears in the webmail UI.
