Email folders
If you are still on the old email format, at the top of the folder pane to the right of the word "Mailboxes", click on the little folder icon with the arrow in it and you will see the option to create a folder. You can also right-click on one of the existing folders to create one under it. If you are on the new format, select a folder, then click on the "hamburger" menu to the right, and you will see "New folder" at the top of that menu.
