Email filters

I am trying to change my email filters but can no longer get Xfinity Connect Preferences at my email page.  I get the constant "loading" symbol, and nothing else.

Re: Email filters

Try clearing your browser's cache/browsing history, then close it out and re-start it in a fresh session.

Re: Email filters

You're great!  Did as you suggested and lo and behold I regained my ability to get the Preferences to load and work as advertised.  Thanks so much for your help.
