We moved first installer showed up with cable boxes. We don't have wires to house. Second installer never showed I called got call back to return boxes told them I was moving. They shut down acct.
Finally installer showed up refused to use pipes for underground wiring drilled holes on house. Crew came to bury the line and said they sure can use pipes. Now I have holes in house. My wife and my email addresses were eliminated all my billing and financial transactions are lost. Missing my billing dates. Not getting correspondence to complete my house. Must have made 50 calls to resolve. Everyone is clueless and useless . Need my email address back

When the regular customer service reps can't help, Try one of these:

Send an email to the team at "we_can_help@cable.comcast.com". Include:

    Account number
    Full name
    Service address
    Best contact phone number and best time to call
    A description of the problem

One of their problem resolution specialists should contact you to follow up, usually by phone. They seem to be quite a bit sharper than the regular reps.
