Email delivery failure

My emails to one particular recipient are being blocked. It looks like it might have something to do with my dynamic Comcast IP address being on Spamhaus' PBL list. Here's the Failure Notice I'm getting:

 

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     [redacted]@teslamotors.com

Technical details of permanent failure: 
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain teslamotors.com by cluster4.us.messagelabs.com. [216.82.250.179].

The error that the other server returned was:
553-SPF (Sender Policy Framework) domain authentication
553-fail. Refer to the Troubleshooting page at
553-http://www.symanteccloud.com/troubleshooting for more
553 information. (#5.7.1)

I'm sending this from my custom domain on gmail address. I've tried it from both my email client (Postbox) and Gmail's web interface with the same result.
Emailing the same recipient worked just fine until about a week ago.

 

 

Any ideas would be appreciated.

You can start by calling Comcast security to ask about possible blocking issues-------------------

All Comcast residential IPs are on the PBL, or should be.
