Email connnect

We installed the new modem the other night. Internet is fine but we are getting a message in our email that says "Access to XFINITY Connect Email requires subscription to Comcast High Sjpeed internet," I've had access to my email everywhere else so I'm wondering if there's work being done on the email or if something is not working within our system here at home. My husband is at work and he can access his internet.

That error message indicates there is a coding problem in the account.  You need to call Comcast and have them fix it from their end.  If you get someone who doesn't know what to do, call back and get someone else.

I am having the same annoying issue weekly on my iPad and iPhone. I've contacted xfinity tech help but the problem continues. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.
