Email block improperly removed

Email block improperly removed

Comcast put a block on my email, saying I sent out too many.  The next morning, I thought the block had been removed, because my outgoing messages, which were stuck in my outbox during the block, left my outbox the next morning.  But it turns out none of the messages I have sent since that day have reached their recipients.  It seems the block wasn't removed properly.  I can send email out from my webmail but not from my Outlook.  Help!!!

Re: Email block improperly removed

You hit two different issues.  We only allow 1000 messages outbound per day.  This is explained in our AUP for Residential Email.  Additionally, your messages were being marked as spam, but this is now resolved.  Please ensure recipients of your email genuinely want to receive your email.

Re: Email block improperly removed

Why don't you inform customers when you decide to mark all their email as spam?  I am paying for your service.
