Email Threads for Reply Messages

I am frustrated with Xfinity's email system, in particular, the fact that when someone replies to an email I've sent it creates an entirely new message rather than add to the original email. It's most frustrating when there are group emails and I have multiple emails to sort through and eliminate.

Is there any way to prevent this problem?

Re: Email Threads for Reply Messages

Can you clarify--------are you saying you want the messages grouped by conversation?  If so, yes you can do that.  If you are on the new format, just click on "Sort by" at the top of the message list in the Inbox.  One of the options you will see is for conversation.  If you are on the old format, right-click on any message in the list, and you will see this----------------------------
