Email That are stacked together, or bulked together.

Email That are stacked together, or bulked together.

I have been searching the forms for this topic but have not come across anyone with this issue.

When you send a email and someone responds it bulks them together, and then you can use the little triangle to drop the messages down to read the past and present emails.

My issue is that of recent emails... from completely different individuals that are not CC together on a email are being bulked together.

For an example I email Sam. Sam will the reply to me and it will be connected in the drop down view. (Which is Normal)

I then completely separately email Paul. Paul will reply.

Then what will happen is both Paul and Sams emails will combined in the drop down menu together. Which can be very complicated when trying to find your conversations.

Why do completely separate emails and conversations combine?

How can this be fixed?
