Email Sorting

How do I sort my emails by sender, so I can group them together and delete as needed?

Re: Email Sorting

Right above your emails you see this row... To sort by sender, click on FROM.

Re: Email Sorting

Thank you for the advice. However, my toolbar looks a little different.  I can't seem to copy it so I'll describe it:

Toolbar:  New, Get Mail, Reply, Reply to All, Forward, Delete, Move, Spam, Print, View, Actions

Header to messages:  Box (to check all emails), Sorted by Date, 100 of 2568 messages.

So I have explored all options in the Toolbar and don't see anything related to sorting.

The "Sorted by Date" option only allows me to sort from the beginning or most recent dates.  And I have to keep clicking "Get Mail" to load more, then scroll down incessantly to get back to the place where I started.

So getting to the older messages, and all of them, is extremely labor intensive.

If I could sort by sender, I could at least be doing a more efficient job of getting rid of all undesired messages.

Any other possible suggestions?

Thanks, so much, for your assistance!
