Email Settings

I have a software program that I  want to set up and be able to email my customers through my domain email using my comcast account.  It allows me to do this now, but some customer get a validation error  because the from and host emails are not the same.  How do I add my domain address on my comcast account so I can do this?

Re: Email Settings

Residential accounts with Comcast are not intended for hosting other domains.  The new format will have the ability to enable external accounts in a manner similar to Gmail or Outlook.com, (although it's not enabled yet) but I don't think that is what you are looking for.  You really need to look into a business class account with Comcast, or use one of the many hosting sites out there like Go Daddy etc.

Re: Email Settings

bsfoilers,

The information that Latoque provided is correct, we cannot host a domain for you if you have a residential account. Additionally, a relay through our servers  is not allowed with either a residential or business accounts.
