Email Problem

It seems Comcast made some sort of an update or upgrade to our email or internet service, and ever since my email doesn't display all current emails, I have to keep refreshing. 

 

Can you provide me with a fix. 

 

I know others on Comcast are having same problem, and its frustrating!

On the toolbar, do yiu have email sorted by date?

Which version of XC fo yiu use, full or lite?

Whuch browser/ versiinZ.  Dud you clear your browser cache?

Have you tested using a different browser?



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
