Exactly what happens when you try to access your email?  Are you getting as far as the Inbox or what?  Are you using only the Comcast webmail UI, or an email client?  Are you on a desktop or laptop, or a tablet or what?

I am having issues getting into e-mail as well.  Whenever I go to:

http://my.xfinity.com/

 

And then click on the little e-mail icon, it brings me to another page:

 

http://www.xfinity.com/

 

Then when I click on "email" on that page it brings me back to:

http://my.xfinity.com/

 

I click on the e-mail icon and it brings me back to:

 

http://www.xfinity.com/

 

This loops infinitely if I keep trying the same steps outlined above.

 


This problem only seems to be occurring on firefox.  I tried on chrome and it worked fine.

Tonight I am having exactly this same problem -- endless redirects to sign in...  I stopped trying after four iterations.

 

I am using Safari on my iMac.

 

It had been working earlier in the day.

The problem seems to be with the URL:

 

xfinityconnect.mail.comcast.net

Everything seems to be working for me now.

Mine began working normally again as well.

 

I see the e-mail icon now directs me to the preivous URL, not xfinityconnect.mail.comcast.net
