Email Folders

Hi all, Two days ago, all of my Comcast email folders just disappeared. I have had some of these folders for years and all my work and business contacts just disappeared.  I am nowhere near my data limit and I don't seem to be able to find any one to assist me.  Thank you

Re: Email Folders

Look carefully at this two printscreens.  Note the right facing black arrow and the downward facing arrow.  If you have a RIGHT facing arrow, click on it to see if the Folders show up.  I assume these are Folders you created, and not the Comcast Folders?

Re: Email Folders

First check to make sure they're not just hidden from view.  Look to the left of "Mailboxes" for a small black arrow and click on it.  Do they reappear?  If it's not that, then I would change your password and security question.  What you are describing could be cause by a malware infection of some kind.  You could also call Comcast security and see if they can see anything wrong with the account.  Run a complete scan of your system with your A/V software to see if it finds anything.
