Email Folders Non-Existent After Email Upgrade

Is anyone experiencing "disappearing" email folders since the recent Comcast U.I. upgrade? I am. I have looked in trash, attempted to recover deleted emails, but it does not appear anywhere. Any ideas?

Other people have reported the same thing with the migration. I assume you don't just have the missing folders nested under another one?   So I'm escalating this to the forum admins for follow-up.

I have the same problem, an entire folder has disappeared. Some IT jerk decided to change the e-mail format to try and justify his job and he messed it all up. The old format was bad enough but this new one is even worse.

Hi ballison3016 & pjfeather -- Are you both also missing the emails that were in those folders or were they routed elsewhere? You can do a search for them using these steps: https://www.xfinity.com/support/internet/search-your-xfinity-connect-inbox/
