When will Xfinity (Comcast) implement a functional email with filters that work?

If you are still on the old email format, those filters have long been known to be wonky and unreliable.  In the new format they seem so far to be way more stable and reliable.  I have 3 or 4 in place and haven't had any issues with them so far since last  April.

Comcast being Comcast, you have to wait until they get around to converting your email address. You can't do it yourself, and you can't even ask them to convert you. When they do convert your address, you'll be stuck with the new version, like it or not. You can't change back. Not so Awesome, I'm afraid.

Comcast has updated to a new email system but filters still don't work for me.  I think it is time to go to a different email system.
