Email Difficulties

For the last two or three weeks I've had trouble with my email both on Thunderbird and on Microsoft Internet Explorer.  It crashes regularly, and when it comes up it shows only email from 10 days ago and prior to 10 days ago.  What is going on?

Post the settings you are using for Thunderbird.  Have you tried a different briowser other than Internet Explorer to test?

Can you define "crashes"?

Do you use any devices other than Thunderbird for email?  EG:  XfinityConnect, a smartphone, tablet?


Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
