Email Attachments

I'm having some problems attaching anything to an email. This just started happening & has always worked without fail & no problems. When I choose what I want to attach & click the "attach" button.instead of the attachment showing up where it usually does there is an empty gray box. If I attach it again then I get 2 of them, 1 where the gray box was & the 2nd one. I have no idea why this is suddenly doing this.

Which browser/ version are you using.  I will assume you are clearing your browser cache often?

Have you tried a different browser, such as Firefox, to see if the same issue occurs?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
