Email Attachments

I am not able to attach more than one attachment per email.  If I have a face page and back that I am sending to someone,

it has to be sent in two different emails.  I have a new router, so that is not the problem.  What do you suggest?

Re: Email Attachments

OK-------just what is a "face page".  What happens when you try to send it to someone? Are you getting some kind of error message or what?  Are you using only the Comcast webmail, or a client like Outlook, Thunderbird or Windows Live Mail?

Re: Email Attachments

We are using comcast e-mail only. Not outlook or any other. If we try to attach more than one page , it will not load. We get a message telling us the message is too large.

Re: Email Attachments

What kind of a file is it?  Can it be re-sized?  The size  limit of an email  is a total of 25 Mb, including attachments.  Or maybe you could send it as a zip file?  Here's information about size limitations etc.----------------

Re: Email Attachments

These are very simple one typed page and should not require a zip compression. This is happening on our Mac in Indy and in Fl.

Re: Email Attachments

I can't think what might cause this to happen then.  Can you send the attachment using another email account you have like Yahoo or Gmail or something?
