Email Attachments using Webmail

When I try to open an attachment (PDF, DOC, JPG), I get the following error:

 

HTTP ERROR 404

Problem accessing /service/home/~/. Reason:

   must authenticate

What are you using for email?  Xfinity Connect or another email problem or device?  IF USING asomething other than Xfinity Connect, please post all thr settings you have set up.

 

Which browser/version are you using?  Have you cleared your browser cache?
