Easy way to clear out years of emails

Is there an easy way to clearout all of my inbox without going only a page of messages at a time?

Re: Easy way to clear out years of emails

Right now, it appears that if you are in the new email format, you can only do a page or so at a time.  Right-click on the folder you want, and you will see the option to "Delete all messages".  But it doesn't for some reason.  I have brought it to the attention of Comcast.

If you are still on the old email format----------

From the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>General>>>>>Versions. Full is the default. Click on Lite to set it. It will save automatically. Go back to Email. In the Folders pane to the left, click on "Edit". Then you will see the checkbox to clean out the Inbox folder. Just keep in mind that you can't undo this operation. Once you do it, everything is gone permanently.
