EMAIL NOT WORKING FOR PAST 3 DAYS!

EMAIL NOT WORKING FOR PAST 3 DAYS!

I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE MY EMAIL FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS. EVERYTIME I TRY TO OPEN OR SEND AN EMAIL A POP UP SAYS COMCAST NETWORK  ERROR SEND ERROR REPORT. I CAN'T OPEN EMAILS WITHOUT CLICKING ON VIEW IN A SEPARATE WINDOW. I AM UMABLE TO REPLY TO EMAILS I REPORTED THIS ON THE 10TH OF APRIL AND WAS TOLD IT WAS BEING ESCALATED. I SPOKE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER REPAND HE INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS A SYSTEM WIDE ISSUE. HE ALSO SAID THEY HAVE NOT IDEA HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO RESOLVE. I USE COMCAST FOR MY BUSINESS EMAIL AND EVERY MINUTE IT IS DOWN IS COSTING ME.

 WHAT A MESS! IT WOULD SEEM COMCAST WOULD HAVE THE RESOURCES TO RESOLVE THIS QUICKLY.
