Why did I have to change my password twice today? I write the pass word down. Entering it is simple.

What happened that you thought you had to change your password?  Is someone telling you to change it?

Make sure when resetting your password that the NEW one includes upper and lower case letters, some numbers, and characters.  Also change your Secret question too.

Then, I would run a full scan of your PC... Could you have picked up a virus?
