E mail permanent error

E mail permanent error

When I send out an e-mail to a q.com user, it bounces back as a permanent error, originating from Century Link back to Comcast. Anyone know how do I fix this?

 

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Reason: Permanent Error
