E-mail issues

Need some help please... After several calls to Xfinity and having a very difficult time understanding the so called "experts" I would like to know if anyone has a phone number to set up an appointment with an internet e-mail technician. Unfortunately the technicians I talked to via phone screwed up my e-mail even further and now it's a complete disaster. I would like to talk with someone at Xfinity to set up an appointment for someone to do it in person at my house and undo what they did to my e-mail account over the phone. Thank you.

Well, you could speak with a Tech Support, and could request service,  you will probably be charged for a tech visit.(1-800comcast- Tech Support))

 

instead,,,post answers to all the questions below.  We may be able to help you.

 

1- what do yiu use for emai!? Xfinity  Connect!

2- Or do you use a different email program?  If yes,which one and which version?

3- Do yiu use a smartphone or tablet?  Which one?

4- which browser\versiin are you using?  Have you cleared your cache?

5- have you tried a different  browser to test?

6-  IF using a different email program, post all settings  you currently have set up.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
