E-mail count updates, main screen does not refresh

E-mail count updates, main screen does not refresh

The last two days, the Inbox count on the left hand side of the screen will show there is new e-mail (folder section), but the actual e-mail does not refresh on the main portion of the screen automatically. The only way to get the new e-mail to show is to click on the inbox folder, "Get Mail" button does not refresh the scrren. I have seen this on both my computers, which were running IE 11, and Windows 7, full version of webmail client. This is more of an annoyance than a bug, but would like to see this fixed.
