E=Mail

Cannot delete e-mail. When attempt to do so, will not permit. All options are denied. Delete and other options appear lighter in contrast.

You need to provide a lot better information here.  Are you using only the Comcast webmail on a computer, or on a smart phone or tablet or what?  Are you using an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird?
