E-Mail nonresponsive

E-Mail nonresponsive

For 3 days my email's been extremely slow to open items in Inbox.  I can only type 4 or 5 letters at a time then it freezes up when composing outgoing messages.  This is totally unacceptable.  Changed keyboard batteries...not it.  I can connect to web and type fine on other sites, like this one !!!  Calendar is impossible to utilize as well.  This is not the first time it's been sluggish for days, but the first time I literally couldn't type.   HELP

Re: E-Mail nonresponsive

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way. If it works OK then you will know the problem probably lies with the first browser. eg: if you are using Internet Explorer, try Chrome or Firefox.
