E-Mail has gone crazy

E-Mail has gone crazy

I have had problems with the new e-mail ever since it was introduced.  The computer would often freeze whenever I was on the e-mail platform, especially when I was writing a new e-mail.  I couldn't continue writing and no other function worked.  The solution was to get out and sign back in but several times that wouldn't work and I would have to restart the computer.  I have lived with this for some time.

But now I'm getting crazy messages like "The messages could not be moved to your trash folder because it was full" which is nuts. I have less than a dozen e-mails in trash.  Similar messages would tell me that it could not do whatever I wanted it to do (such as deleting messages) because "your frequest may have taken too long."

I hit send on a completed e-mail and the e-mail wouldn't send.  Then I would get a message saying that the e-mail had been sent successfully but a copy could not be put into me Sent folder,

I can't live with this any lomger.  I need help.
