My secondary email account has disappeared from Comcast. It is an account that I have had for years. I still receive email to that address on my mobile phone, but I cannot login to it on any computer and the primary account settings show that we have only one account.
Is there any way to restore it?
I can see the email on my mobile phone,. When I try to login to Comcast with that username and password, it tgives me the following message: "Authentication failed. Please try again or use a different method."
