Lost my e-mails as deleted from trash, and can no longer be recovered even from recovered file answer

Then I'm afraid they are just gone.  Once they fall off the "Recovered Deleted Items" folder they cannot be recovered.

Same thing happend to me.  A huge portion of my trash is just gone.  I had hundreds of e-mails (because in my line of work I need to CMA and keep everything) and now I have only a few.  Sigh.....

If you are on the new email format, keep in mind that the default retention period for the Trash folder is 7 days.  It cannot be changed.
