Re: Delete a user and blocking unwanted emails

Not sure what you mean by your first question, can you clarify?

As for the ads--------------

All ISPs use advertising for the revenue stream. You do have some control over what ads you see. Underneath any ad on the right side of the screen, click on "Ad Info". Or just go to this link-------------

http://xfinity.comcast.net/adinformation/

That will explain how you can opt out of some, but not all advertising. Or-----use a browser add-on called "AdBlock Plus". That will eliminate all of them. An even better option would be to use an email client like Mozilla Thunderbird or Windows Live Mail. That way you don't even have to look at the Comcast UI, and no ads.

And to block someone, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>>Email>>>>>>>Email Filters.  That is where you can set up a filter to re-direct incoming emails from any sender, including just discarding them before you even see them.
