Deferred connection refused by comcast

My client got this message after trying to email me for the past several days. Deferred: connection refused by comcast. I have no idea what this means but she is able to send messages to my alternate comcast email with no issue. Has anyone else run into this and found a solution?

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Thanks, I tried that, couldn't get a live body and it seems to have resolved itself today.
