Cross scripting message

Cross scripting message

Every time I switch pages I get a message that says "Internet Explorer has modified this page to avoid cross scripting".  Why am I getting this message?   More importantly, Is there a way from preventing this message from popping up every single time?  It's incredibly annoying.
