Creating a Distribution Group

Creating a Distribution Group

Is there any way to create a contact group/distribution list from a sent email?  I have an email with 50+ recipients and I don't want to have to add them all indiviually as contacts and then hunt for their names to create a contact list.  Hoping there is a better way...

Re: Creating a Distribution Group

You would need to create a Group, then add all the recepients to the a Group.  Then you would click on the Group name to send or forward an email to everyone in the Group.

To create a Group, go to the Inbox and on the top left click on New Group.

Re: Creating a Distribution Group

I've played around with this idea, and there is no really easy way to do what you are describing.  However, you can right-click on each email address in the header to add it to your address book as a contact.  Once they are all in there, you could create a group and add those names to it.  But there is no way to do a whole group  that I've come across.  It is also possible to "select" multiple addresses in the header, and copy and paste them into the To:, Cc:,  or Bcc: fields in a new email.
