Connecting to E-Mail

What has happened to xfinity e-mail access??

I have used it for years without a problem and recently (a month or so ago) it has just slowed way down.  I used to be able to sign into the e-mail system in just a few seconds.  Now it takes minutes and sometimes it even times out before I can get in.  It is not a problem with my home network because it happens at work as well.

Hello, Forster_Kevin. I would like to help look into your email access issue. What is the URL you are using to try and access your email account? Please send me a private message verifying your full name, address, the phone number associated with your account, and the affected email address so I can investigate.
