Computer iMAC problem

We have an iMAC pc and when we are on our comcast email or when we click on a link from our email, sometimes our screen goes black or neon colors/black come up. We then click off momentarily and then click back on. Do you know what might be going on?

Re: Computer iMAC problem

Did you try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history?  Or try using a different browser to see if that helps.  You should do those things if only to eliminate them as the source of the problem.

I'm not very good with PCs...how do I go about cleaning out my browser's cache/browsing history?

Re: Computer iMAC problem

On your iMac, when using Safari (which I'm assuming you are), click on "History" in the top menu bar and you will see this------------------
