Comcast serving old version of my website

Comcast serving old version of my website

My site is http://www.classical-scene.com and I find that it Comcast is serving an old version of the web page. When I use other ISP providers I get an up to date version of the web page. I verified the issue is not with caching in the browser. I got the same result using multiple browsers (including Chrome Incognito mode). It looks like Comcast is using some kind of CDN to serve pages and that the pages can get out of date. Right now the problem has been corrected and I do get an up to date page. I'm just wondering if I run into this problem again whether there is any way to resolve it. Here's the request headers for the page:

  • HTTP/1.1 200 OK
  • Server: nginx/1.10.2
  • Date: Tue, 17 Jan 2017 18:12:21 GMT
  • Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
  • Connection: close
  • Vary: Accept-Encoding,Cookie
  • Cache-Control: max-age=3, must-revalidate, max-age=0
  • WP-Super-Cache: Served supercache file from PHP
  • Expires: Tue, 17 Jan 2017 18:06:00 GMT
  • X-Cacheable: YES
  • X-Served-From-Cache: Yes
