Comcast is making us waste time n trying to access our E-Mail. Why?

When I first began using E-Mail all was very simple. I would open my computer and access my account without going through all kinds of scrolling and reading useless stuff. Now it takes over 3 minutes for me to get to where I want to be and I don't have

time to waste and so I only open my account but once a week if that. I am getting old and dying wating for the results I need

from a provider. How long is this going to go on?

I would suggest you use a desktop email client like Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail or something like that.  That way it keeps you signed into the account, and you don't have to even look at the Comcast interface if you don't want to.
