Comcast is blocking incoming email from a particular sender

Hello! Three of the twenty members of a group using Groupspaces have discovered we are not receiving emails sent via Groupspaces from the group's leader. The messages are not in our spam folders, either in our email clients or when viewing our inboxes online at Xfinity.

 

We receive emails sent from other group members via Groupspaces.

 

We three are the only group members using Comcast.com email addresses.

 

The group's leader is the only one in the group who uses an AOL address.

 

We receive messages sent directly from the group leader's AOL account. 

 

When Groupspaces sends an email on your behalf it puts your registered email address in the "from" box.

 

So: Comcast is blocking messages sent from the group leader via Groupspaces because it thinks a spammer is spoofing an AOL address.

 

How do we let Comcast know to let those messages through?

Call Comcast security and ask if there is a blocking issue with that domain---------------------

Is comcast.com a typo?  It should be comcast.net.

You're right! Typo. It's Comcast.net.

 

I've now called the Security helpdesk twice, and both times the answering tech has insisted on immediately running some routine that rebooted my modem (and disconnected the phone call). I'll try calling from my cell when I have time.
