Comcast email

Comcast email

I was told I could keep my e-mail account after discontinuing service. Comcast is not a provider in the area we moved to. I made sure I logged into my account and sent e-mail as told. This is the second time I am having difficulty getting my e-mails. I rely on this email address for so many of my accounts. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm thinking of transferring everything to a gmail account and don't know how to transfer all my contacts into a new account. Any thoughts?

Re: Comcast email

You can keep the email after leaving Comcast as long as you maintain the 9 month sign-in period.  Just what happens when you try to sign in?
