Comcast email

My inbox is constantly closing and reconnecting.  How can I get it to stop doing this?

Re: Comcast email

Hello SteelerDon1,

I'm sorry things aren't working right for you. Can you tell me more about what you are experiencing?

Are you getting an error message when this occurs, or is your screen just kind of redrawing itself, or something different?

Any information you can give me would be useful for me to take to the engineers.

Thank you,

Brett

Re: Comcast email

Sometimes it goes to a blue screen that says "unknown login type".  Most of the time it just closes and reconnects.  I can't even respond to an email without this happening 5 - 6 times.  Really frustrating.

Re: Comcast email

I also just got a blue screen that says "connection error, the service is not available right now" and asks me to retry. When I get these blue screens I have to close email and open it back up again.

Re: Comcast email

That obviously should not be happening.

Can you let me know what Operating System and Browser you are using?

Have you tried a different browser and is it happening in that browser as well?

That suggests that the issue is browser specific.  If you want to keep using Firefox, go back into it and clear out your cache/browsing history, then close it out and re-start it again in a fresh session.  See if that helps.

Thank you Latoque but the problem still exists.

Re: Comcast email

Are you using the latest version of Firefox?  They are up to v47.0.1 now I think.  I'm using it on an iMac and a Windows 10 laptop and I'm not having any issues with it as far as the Comcast email goes.
