Comcast engineers have been "working on this" for several days, but so far no resolution. I get a blank panel on the left sice of my screen, where all the Mailbox folders used to be. Does anyone know how to restore these folders, including all my personal folders?

If you are still on the old email format, look to the left of the word "Mailboxes" at the top of the pane for a small, black arrowhead and click on it. Do the folders reappear?

I'm assuming that your folder view is not collapsed? If that assumption is correct, I do see all 219 folders on our side.
I have escalated this issue internally on your behalf, as well as the ticket you currently have in queue. Hopefully we can get you squared away soon!

Sorry, I logged out and back in, I reset my computer and logged in, but the folders and mailboxes are still not there.

Is there any way of knowing how this happened or preventing it? If it occurs again, how do I fix it?
I, too, have lost my "folders" box to the left of the screen. What I see online is individual help from a Comcast team member. Is there a way I can retrieve my "folders" onscreen by myself?
You are asking the same question I have, thank you. My folders reappeared after more than a week of phone calls and messages with the Comcast Repair team. I still don't know how this happens or how to fix it. Keep trying!
