Comcast Xfinity Email Error or Hack?

Yesterday 11-22-16 at 11:30AM, two of our comcast.net email accounts stopped receiving email. we could not log into the webpage nor get email on any device.

Calls to tech support later in the evening ended directing us to the password reset page. Fortunately, one of our accounts had a backup email address.

After going thru the pasword reset page, we were able to access both accounts. However, it was noticed that unauthorized password resets were sent at the time our email stopped.  Currently, one account is not able to send or receive emails from the webpage or any device. It is TOO EASY to reset a pasword if you know the username. How about it Comcast?! Move to Two factor authentication already.
