Comcast Webmail DISAPPEARING

Ok, what's going on Comcast?

Normally at any time I can log into webmail and see all of my old email going back for weeks, even after I've read it on computer or phone. The delete setting is at 30 days, I never mess with these settings and there's 10GB of email storage! Log on today and the mail in the Trash folder only goes back to 3/18! What gives?! That's great, just when I needed to access something from a few weeks ago... It's gone! THANK YOU COMCAST!

Re: Comcast Webmail DISAPPEARING

Right-click on the Trash folder, and then on "Recover Deleted Items".  See if you can spot what you are looking for in there.  If you find one you want, highlight or "select" it, and then click on the little folder icon at the top of that window.  Then you can move it back to any folder you want.  The feature goes back two weeks.  It takes 24-48 hours for an email to show up in there after it's been deleted.
