Overnight, my email account went from 87% of 10GB to over 98%, and I am missing several years of messages from my InBox. What's going on? A new format, it appears. Plus I keep getting messages like "Error...please try again later" and the little processing icon just keeps spinning. Also, Comcast Support is immediately dropping phone calls, and "Chat" appears to be overwhelmed too. I'm mostly worried that I have lost a bunch of emails that I need but no long er seem to have access to, Can such messages be retrieved?
