Comcast Email is not working

My email is not working and people are unable to get my email when I send it. It has been like this since last Saturday

Same here, same length of time.  Have experienced erratic delivery for several days, and now cannot even get to email (hangs) after entering log-on info.  Have tried different computers (even in different states, as I travel), in different browsers.  Have read that some users are being told that everything's fine, it must be their computers.  Comcast will have to do better than that--for the thousands (times a huge multiple) that are obviously having the same problem.

Please post exactly what happens when you send email.  Any error Messages?  Do you use any other email programs or devices such as a smartphone or iPad?

Which browser are you using?  Have you cleared your browser cache?

IF USING Internet Explorer, do you have compatibility View enabled under TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS?

Have you tried a different browser to test if the issue is with the current browser being used?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
